Want to see what it’s like? Come and visit us at any of these events!

Note - All of the following programs count as an official visit to Texas A&M which helps on your application.

  • Spend the Night with the Corps (SNWC) - This program is an overnight program designed for high school juniors and seniors that are interested in the Corps of Cadets. During your stay here you will get to see what it’s like to live in the dorms and what exactly we do in the Corps on a day to day basis. You will attend a college class and will get assistance from the admission department on your application to the university. With SNWC programs every week it is no wonder why it is the most common way to visit the Corps. Click here to sign up!
  • Spend the Day With the Corps (SDWC) - In the SDWC program, the prospect will come to Texas A&M during their summer before their senior year. During this program, parents and students will be shown around the university and meet current cadets. On top of this, participants also get help and coaching on their application to the university. • Aggie Eagle Program - This program is targeted at prospective students that have earned or in the process of earning their Eagle Scout award. While at A&M, Scouts get to attend application workshops, a college class, a basketball game, and get to visit the stamina course. In addition to this, Scouts will attend a banquet where, if they are seniors, they will receive a scholarship worth $2,400. For out-of-state Scouts, this scholarship will qualify you for in-state tuition rates. This program will be offered once each semester. Click here to sign up!
  • Junior Cadet Accessions Program (JCAP) - JCAP is for all juniors and seniors who participate in Junior ROTC, Civil Air Patrol, Young Marines or Sea Cadets. This program is different than all of the other programs because it gives more insight into the military aspect of the Corps. Participants will attend a basketball game along with a class and many helpful workshops. Also, those participants who are seniors will also receive a Sul Ross Scholarship that will also qualify anyone for in-state tuition. This program is offered once every semester. Click here to sign up!
  • 4H/FFA Program - This program is our newest one. It is offered to juniors and seniors who have been or are in the 4H/FFA programs or any prospect that has shown an interest in the Ag field. Participants will attend an Aggie basketball game, a class, and advising meetings. This program will be offered once a semester. Click here to sign up!
